It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the decommission of our e-commerce website on the 28th of February, 2023.
After careful consideration, we have decided to shift our focus and resources to other projects. We understand this may come as a disappointment to many of you, so we wanted to take a moment to thank you for being such wonderful customers throughout this venture.
The reality is that running an e-commerce website takes a lot of energy and resources from our team. From having to process orders, provide customer support, ensure security features are up-to-date, provide hosting services for our website and maintain inventory - it's been quite the project!
With changes in the digital landscape, technology developments, and customer needs shifting rapidly - we must also shift with the times in order to stay competitive. This means that unfortunately, for now, spending time and resources on keeping this website running is no longer feasible or sustainable for us.
We understand how important it is for customers to have access to reliable websites like ours, and hope that you continue to trust us with your business in the future. While this website will be decommissioned soon, we do plan on launching new initiatives in the near future, which could potentially be beneficial to everyone.
We also want to let you know that your financial and personal information is secure. You do not need to take any action regarding your billing details—they will remain encrypted and inaccessible on our servers until their natural deletion date arrives.
Once again, thank you so much for staying loyal customers over these past few years - your patronage has meant so much! We hope that you will continue supporting us as we move forward into new ventures.
